To achieve our mission we rely on a team of 385 people who are fully dedicated to the Forum’s mission. They all constantly strive to win the respect of our members, working relentlessly to understand and meet their needs in a supportive way. Everything our people undertake must be “first-class” in a work environment that combines the best elements of entrepreneurship with those of global public interest. We value a highly spirited, diverse, impartial and independent workforce, attracting people of more than 55 nationalities from business, consulting, NGO’s international institutions, academia, research, public administration and diplomacy. We stand as a global knowledge hub, nurturing a community of learning, focused on what matters and acting as a launch pad for bold actions that reshape the world.
